CONTENTS: (i) A power point presentation with a range of native speaker sound files attached to every item of language with animation designed to support both learners and presenters: Starter: True/False listening activity about what country the characters are from; Screens 3-4: Lesson objective and key structures: Ser – to be (permanent features) – First & third persons; Screens 5&6: Animated slides presenting six nationalities with first and third persons of Ser – To be; Screen 7: Animated grammar listening activity asking children to identify the correct form of the nationality (masculine or feminine) which relates to the speaker; Plenary: Animated rap setting all singular forms of the verb Ser – to be to music.
(ii) A lesson plan with screen by screen guidance on how to present the show to pupils including a complete Spanish/English vocabulary for the whole of the Level 1 Wider World Unit with grammar notes;
(iii) A b/w illustrated worksheet with 3 differentiated tasks that has been directly linked to the main body of the power point show.
(iv) A FREE Level 1 (MFL) Primary Spanish work scheme (UK Years 3-7) (US Grades 2-6) showing where the lesson comes in our series.
